Positive: The food is really top rate in the restaurant. It's location is close to the town with loads of parking space. The tea/coffee facilities in the public area of the hotel side was a very nice touch. Love the fact that it was a dog friendly.
Negative: The shower in our room hasn't been cleaned correctly in a awhile. There was discolouration on the Grout.

Negative: Fire alarm going off at 1am in the morning for 30 mins Water running noise every 5 mins throughout night in wall Fire door banging thought the night as we were situated by this door Guests arriving back at 3am with walls that are so thin we could hear them snoring in the room next door.
Summary: Not ideal when you have a long day for a wedding the next day

Positive: I liked the food, I liked most of the staff the rooms were easy to get to, the rooms were nice and had everything we would of needed. The starter and main In the restaurant were amazing.
Negative: I didn't like the attitude of the manager in the restaurant. We had to wait half an hour to try and be served a desert every staff member on that night just kept walking past us when we tried to get their attention. The restaurant staff need to learn some manners as when we paid our bill there was no please or thank you and with my experience in working with the general public this is something every manager should enforce.

Positive: The staff are very friendly. The breakfast staff were great too, and the offerings were good. Strange scrambled egg this morning large portion of egg and smoked salmon but the egg didn’t seem to be made fresh.
Negative: The rooms need decorating the wallpaper was torn and the bathroom door was rotten by the shower. There wasn’t a hairdryer in the bedroom.

Positive: Reception is in the Pub which served a cold beer and a great selection of hot food. Breakfast menu was also very nice as well. The accommodation area hallway had coffee machine which was great (self seve). My Wife loved and bought some of the local silver on sale at reception desk. Pub has a car park and is close to town. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
